Juniors Play Café is a registered charity that aims to promote friendship, understanding and support and to eliminate feelings of isolation, loneliness, and stigma.
The organisation runs an award-winning café and play centre where families can meet, connect, interact, and receive support, with a wide range of different activities and sessions available for children.
Juniors is dedicated to helping people in the community, so let’s hear what they’ve had to say about the charity:
“The staff are AMAZING!! The facilities are AMAZING! All the classes and activities they do for the community are AMAZING!! Such a BRILLIANT venue for the wee ones!” – Gemma Boles.
“Wonderful play cafe with the most amazing staff who do so much for children, parents and the community. So inclusive and somewhere I always feel safe to go to. Thanks for everything you do juniors!” – Jade Davies.
“Had the loveliest time with my son at Juniors – especially when he was very young as it’s hard to find places that suit younger kids. Really welcoming staff and a great place in the community to meet likeminded parents, especially being a first-time mum.” – Karen O’Reilly.
“Loved in here, went for first time today with my partner and 2 girls. Staff are lovely and so great with the kids. Food was great too and the play and eat deal is great! It’s great they offer so much help to the community and struggling families. Will definitely be back!” – Heather Barclay.
It’s clear to see that Juniors holds a special place in the heart of the local community, which is why it was so shocking when the Scottish Government made the decision to pull the charity’s funding. We need your help to save Juniors!
