Community Support
Juniors has become a lifeline at the heart of the local community, supporting hundreds of families every week with essential items, early help and ongoing support. Built on trust, dignity and real relationships, the charity goes beyond crisis response—creating a safe, welcoming space where families feel seen, supported and empowered. From reducing child poverty to improving wellbeing and confidence, Juniors is not just meeting immediate need, it is helping to build stronger, more resilient communities for the future.
Our holiday home at Craig Tara Holiday Park gives children and families the chance to experience something many take for granted—a real break away. For families facing hardship, holidays are often out of reach, but this space offers time to relax, laugh and create lasting memories together. Whether it’s days at the beach, exploring new places or simply enjoying time as a family, our aim is simple: every child deserves the joy, freedom and happiness that comes with a holiday.
Through our partnership with Hamilton Town Centre, Juniors plays a key role in bringing seasonal events to life across the community—from Easter celebrations to summer activities, Halloween and Christmas. These events create moments of joy for local families while ensuring no child feels left out during special times of the year. In recognition of this impact, our founder Lesley Robertson was proudly named Hamilton Hero 2025, celebrating her dedication to supporting families and building a stronger, more connected community.
